James Lambert is an award-winning London-based illustrator and creative director with over 20 years of experience in a wide range of disciplines, from image making and graphic design to fashion print and brand management. He has an MA in Communication Art and Design from the Royal College of Art and has worked with some of the UK’s leading creatives alongside his role as Design Director of Holly Fulton. Clients include Liberty, Selfridges, Kettles Yard, The Financial Times, The Guardian, The New York Times, British Fashion Council, Serpentine Gallery, Faber and Faber, Kenzo, David Chipperfield and Hetherwick Studio. He has written and illustrated two childrens books on art, published by Tate Publishing; the combined French edition won the FILAF award for best-illustrated childrens book in 2015. His work is housed at the Tate Archives and has been exhibited at the Design Museum and the V and A. His Solo show Look and Learn – 40 looped animations, was held at Sketch Gallery London.
