Fashion Technician – BA (Hons) Fashion Design
Alina started her career 20 years ago making garments professionally in a factory. She quickly progressed to the sample room and then to the role of garment technologist – making sure garments are constructed in the best possible way within budget.
She has a wide range of industry manufacturing experience including women’s and children’s ready to wear, men’s soft tailoring, and she has worked with London based designers including Haizhen Wang.
At CSVPA Alina makes sure all Fashion BA students know how to produce well made and cleanly finished garments, and she has the vital role of making the final collections with the 3rd year students.
